Updated HCL Domino Container Community project base image list

Now that most vendors updated their distributions to a new major version, I looked over the list and updated the documentation.

The project comes with short names for each of those platforms.
If you use those short names listed in the table the script turns them into the full base image names and displays also the code name of the project.

The list is now updated with the latest versions:

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 (Coughlan)
• SUSE Leap / SUSE Enterprise 16.0
• Rocky Linux 10.0 (Red Quartz)
• AlmaLinux 10.0 (Purple Lion)
• CentOS Stream 10 (Coughlan)
• Oracle Linux Server 10
