Update LS2CAPI in 64bit on D8.5 Gold works

I posted earlier that the LS2CAPI is not working in 8.0.2 and 8.5. That was the information we got thru support.But Michael Gollmick tested it again today with D8.5 Gold on Win2003 64bit and it seems to work and the fix seems to have made it into the Domino 8.5 Gold Release.
That's one more reason to have also a fixlist for a major release to figure out which fixes made it into a major release.
