Like Domino 12.0 the new 12.0.1 version is a security focused release.
You can expect new and improved features introduced in 12.0.
And I also like the new look of the client with the new icons!
I have done presentations about CertMgr and Domino backup for 12.0.1 already... And also posted a lot during beta time.
My servers are running beta 2 in production and I have customers waiting for 12.0.1 GA to start their updates.
In contrast to some other software, Domino allows in-place updates and you can expect everything that worked before to continue to work!
I have worked with business partners to get their lab environments updated during beta phase.
And specially the Docker based environments took just minutes.
Yes add-on software has to be taken care of. Specially backup and anti-virus tools.
All of my tools are already supported on 12.0.1. And I all worked without any change required.
