New Domino Container Control menu

dominoctl can help you to run your containers locally on Docker and Podman.
It was the only tool left which had no menu. I just changed that in my final preparations for the Linux roundtable at Engage.
The menu is added to the develop branch of the GitHub Domino Start Script project already.
