Hotfix VCRUNTIME140.dll 32bit dependency solved for future HFs

Here is a quick update:
Domino 14.0FP2IF1 had dependencies on the 32bit VC run-time.
HCL has found a way to remove those dependencies like the Fixpack installer also does not need them.
In future Hotfixes/IFs are built without the dependency.
I got a test hotfix for 14.0FP2IF1 which works without it.
Here is past of the error text in English, which might make others find it better. I got this from a friend today.
VCRUNTIME140.DLL was not found.

Hi Daniel, I checked the IF1 installer this morning, it has the same old problem and HCL did not upload the new version of the installer which does not include the dependencies anymore.
