Just a quick note and the most important part numbers.

Here is the entry point --> https://www.ibm.com/software/howtobuy/passportadvantage/paocustomer

And here are the part numbers, descriptions and SHA1 hashes...

Downloading & Installing right now ..

The Mac client is not yet available. From what I understood it will be available to the beta community first and will be shipped soon.

This is the first release. They are planning a V 10.0.1 until end of the year and a V 10.1 version for next year.

And in 10-12 month we will get Domino V11. Now that Domino V10 is available we can start to look into the released version and you will see more blog posts.

By the way ..There will be a DNUG Domino Day 15.11.2018 in Düsseldorf where we will cover all the new stuff with best practices and what's new as well.

The Agenda is already finalized. But we have to add the speakers for the Domino V11 session and the first German JAM Event for Domino V11.

Barry Rosen (HCL) & Thomas Hampel (IBM) are already confirmed for those two slots.

IBM i is missing...

2Lars Berntrop-Bos  10.10.2018 11:20:16  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

Hmm. Search for any of the part numbers only returns 'We are unable to find a product that matches your search criteria.'

Entitlements are current.

How did you get access?

3Friedhelm Klein  10.10.2018 12:41:54  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

IBM mentioned that the IBM i version will come with 10.0.1.

4Antoine  10.10.2018 12:45:12  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

Do you know when language packs will be released?

5Lars Berntrop-Bos  10.10.2018 13:44:15  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

Oh joy. After asking eCare about Domino 10, now ALL downloads for IBM Domino have all been removed from Pasport.

It's change, but not progress.

6Matt  10.10.2018 14:14:45  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

Is there a list of what exactly made it into this release? What are the changes and enhancements?

7Lars Berntrop-Bos  10.10.2018 14:39:35  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

Yeah! It appeared!

There appears to be problems if you are using Openntf Domino API. I have just wasted a day of my life and I am now having to downgrade back to 9.0.1.

9Boudewijn van Rijnsoever  11.10.2018 6:21:06  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

Hi, Do you know if there will be an iSeries version available?

10Daniel Nashed  11.10.2018 11:28:59  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

@Boudewijn, see my other post. I listed all the information that I have about all the platforms.

iSeries is special and it will take until 2019. There are no detailed information when.

As you might know this needs special skills and in earlier days they sent the code over to another team to port it to iSeries.

I am not sure how that works today but it is significant development and testing effort!

Hello, tried to install the Linux version, but installer stopped and exited with the following message. Case opened and awaiting further updates.

To run this installer you need mandatory packages installed on your 64 bit Linux RedHat.

The installer will exit after this message.

bc-1.06.95-13.el7.x86_64

12Daniel Nashed  12.10.2018 15:54:34  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

@Eric,

we had multiple reports for this missing package.

The installer checks for it because it needs it. And at least in command line mode there is a proper log message.

Previous versions did not need it. I never had to install it but it isn't installed by default on some Linux versions in some deployment options.

So also an install from a commonly used hosting provider did not have it by default.

You just need to run

yum install bc

Here is the error message that I saw:

To run this installer you need mandatory packages installed on your 64 bit Linux RedHat.

The installer will exit after this message.

bc-1.06.95-13.el7.x86_64

Hi Daniel !

I am currently having troubles with Traveler v10 on Domino v10, Windows 64 bit: traveler crashes after a few minutes of starting. Did you experience similar problems ?

My installation routine maybe was wrong: on Domino 9.0.1 with latest FP I installed Traveler V10 (after that I did not change any configuration settings, just re-started Domino). After 2 days I installed Domino v10...crashes started to occur. I did not update Verse version on Android. I checked the logs of traveler and did not find any hint.

Maybe it will be the best way to send the logs to IBM support. I could not find anyone reporting the same problems.

Do you have ideas ? Thank you, Alex

Hello @All,

first experiences with Domino V 10 for Linux and CentOS 7.5:

- extreme good performance

- new ODS53 supports really 256 GB databases ( tested it :-))

- new Servertask "dbmt" ( "Database Maintenance") does all the work on your migrated databases if you have the correct notes.ini entry for V 10

Good job!

Further experiences from me will follow! :-))

Domino V10 is not running on Debian anymore!? Maybe is a good time for migration to another products.

17Daniel Nashed  26.10.2018 10:10:34  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

@Rene Keller, Domino was never supported on Debian and it was never a good idea to try to run it on Debian!

The only two supported Linux distribution have been RHEL and SLES because those are long term, stable versions.

My start scripts and other tools have been always supported on RHEL, SLES and CentOS, because CentOS is also a long term release which is almost the same as RHEL.

So we now have a free Linux distribuion supported!

It would be very hard to support a complex enterprise product on any Linux distribution with any kernel and any glibc etc.

And I really like the move to support CentOS.

I don't know where you heard that Debian was ever supported.

But even when customers contacted me for my start script I did not help them with Debian and other distributions because I wasn't able to keep up with supporting different versions.

@Daniel

I've been working with Domino since version 4. My servers have been working with Debian and Domino for over 13 years. Is not that a reason?

Do someone know when language packs will be released? It seems there aren't until

Hi Roberto, language packs will be released with Notes/Domino 10.0.1 before xmas

Hi All,Can anybody past the link here to download V10 (CNW1WEN),Thanks in Advance

22Kai-Uwe Rommel  24.01.2019 15:15:35  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

The language packs for Domino and NLS versions of Notes 10.0.1 still don't seem to be available? Or did anyone know where to find them? At least I do not see them in IBM Partnerworld Software Access.

23Sascha  03.08.2019 10:36:05  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

I don't get it. How can someone download the community edition? There is always some "self-nomination" site showing, asking about e site number. What do i have to enter there?

24Daniel Nashed  03.08.2019 15:32:45  Domino V10 is available for download on Passport Advantage

Hi Sascha!

Not sure where exactly you are trying to download the Domino Community Edition.

The official link is still -> http://ibm.biz/NDCommunityFiles

But that short-cut does not work for me any more.

The older link still works with my IBM-ID

https://www.ibm.com/account/reg/us-en/signup?formid=urx-33713

I have not tried to register as non-customer.

Which link are you trying and what happens exactly?
