Alex Novak mentioned another issue with FP7 which might affect you in my blog comments.We only have the public description of the SPR and I assume only the ID Vault server communication is affected.

So for now you should not enable the new AES encryption on your ID Vault server until this issue is fixed.
Given the 3 issues I reported in the last days in my blog (one is only effecting Linux64) I would wait for the next IF that hopefully addresses all those issues if you did not deploy it yet.
